We form an outsourcing studio to help developers make their games faster, while raising artistic, emotional and production value.
We concept design and create fully functional, performance friendly 3d game assets and environments.
Also providing assistance in game development itself, accessing project repositories and work in game engines.

About the role:
As a freelance Unity Environment Artist, you will be working remotely on project assignment-base, from anywhere in the world and with full flexibility in regard to working hours.
Joining us in creating expansion content for the critically acclaimed, realistic in style, VR shooter on Oculus Quest 3, developed using Unity.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Creating interesting, appealing and performance friendly combat arenas (locations) of high artistic value and technical quality, by working independently and collaboratively with other artists and level designers.
- Level art; set dressing, setting up lighting, atmospheric & vfx effects, etc. Assisting in level prototyping.
- Utilizing, implementing and curating (if needed), the existing assets from our assets library or marketplaces.
- Creating new substance materials, textures and 3d assets ranging from bespoke hero assets to modular environmental assets. Including destructible and interactive assets with simplest of animations.
- Baking lightmaps, creating collisions, occluders and other technical meshes.
- Providing frequent updates and participating in feedback loops.
- Working with and testing the levels in Oculus Quest 3 on a daily basis.
- Taking ownership of visual aspects of environments and related assets, by reassuring their quality and compatibility throughout production, until final sign off.
- Knowing and expressing production needs.
- Contributing to existing pipelines, style guides, technical guides and studio best working practices.
Enriching and maintaining overall visual game design, creating interesting and believable assets within technical constraints.
Skills & Requirements:
- Skills representing 6+ years of relevant professional experience as an artist and a portfolio supporting it.
- Among multiple titles you worked on, at least one that was released, was made in Unity Engine.
- Proficiency and experience with the whole environment art content creation process with Unity.
- Experience with game art content creation process. Based either on references or concepts.
- Experience working in both environments; office studio and from home as a freelancer is welcomed.
- Understanding the importance of communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset. Critical and independent thinking.
- High level of creativity and independence with little oversight.

Operations Assistant (Part-Time Contract)

As an Operations Assistant, you will be working remotely as a right hand of CEO and with other team members.

This is a growing and versatile role.
Meaning, it starts as a part-time assisting position and eventually will grow to full-time managerial role.
Your core responsibilities will be keeping communication within the team and clients smooth, making sure deadlines are being kept, helping manage risk of our decisions and strategies.
